  • How long does it take to ship?

    Normally between 3 – 5 days for local deliveries.

    3 – 5 weeks for international deliveries.

  • What are the acceptable reason(s) to initiate a return?

    • When the items delivered to you is flawed, fake, spoilt or incorrectly supplied.
    • When the specification of the item(s) ordered for is not the same as the delivered.
  • What are the requirements for a valid return?

    • Items must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused.
    • Not products which have been measured, altered, or personalised to your specification.
    • Not unsealed items e.g. computer software
    • Items’ original pack, garment tags and any other security devices or seals must remain intact.

    NB: We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Product, its tags, security devices or seals having been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

  • What is the window period for a return?

    • 7 days after delivery date.
  • Can I return products after return window period?

    • We cannot accept returns for items after 7 days since delivery
  • Can I return a defective item with warranty cover after 7 days?

    • You can on the condition that you will be fully responsible for the cost of shipping
  • Can I return a defective item after 7 days where defects are not covered by warranty?

    • You can on the condition that you will be fully responsible for the cost of shipping and reparations done to your product.
  • Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product for a refund?

    • Yes, however, you do not have to if the return is done for a replacement.
  • How do I return items?

    • You can also do us an e-mail on info@actitech.netto arrange a pick-up.
    • In your mail, state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason and your preference with regard to replacement
    • We will arrange for retrieval or in case we do not serve your area directly and will give you the necessary details to send the item(s) back to us.
    • Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is valid, we will notify you and proceed with a refund or replacement based on your preference.
    • If a return is invalid, we will notify you and send the item(s) back to you.
  • What is the timeline for replacement or refund?

    • 1-3 days for places within Lagos and Abuja
    • 3- 7 days in other states.
